Agreement to Terms

By using the services of Logan Maintenance SVS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

Logan Maintenance SVS provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services in Worcester County, MA. Our services include:

  • Standard house cleaning
  • Deep cleaning
  • Move-in / move-out cleaning
  • Commercial office cleaning
  • Other cleaning services as agreed upon

Scheduling and Appointments

Services are scheduled by mutual agreement. We will make every effort to accommodate your preferred schedule. Appointments may be subject to availability and confirmation.

Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are quoted based on the scope of work and are subject to change if the scope changes
  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed
  • We accept cash, check, and electronic payments
  • A cash discount may be available - please inquire
  • All prices include supplies and equipment unless otherwise stated

Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand that schedules can change. We ask that you:

  • Provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling
  • Contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes
  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may be subject to a cancellation fee

Access to Property

You are responsible for providing access to your property at the scheduled time. This may include providing keys, access codes, or being present to let our team in. If access cannot be provided, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure the best service, clients are responsible for:

  • Removing valuable, fragile, or sentimental items before cleaning
  • Securing pets in a safe area away from the cleaning area
  • Providing clear instructions about any areas requiring special attention
  • Notifying us of any specific cleaning products or methods to avoid

Liability and Insurance

Logan Maintenance SVS carries appropriate insurance coverage. We take great care in providing our services, but we are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage not reported to us
  • Damage caused by defective equipment or products provided by the client
  • Loss or damage to items not properly secured

Any damages or concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will work to make it right.

Termination of Service

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service for any reason, including but not limited to: unsafe working conditions, abusive behavior, non-payment, or violation of these terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Worcester County, Massachusetts.

Changes to Terms
